On behalf of my wife, Debbie and I, we would like to express our appreciation for the opportunity to serve Highest Praise Family Worship Center as Senior Pastor.  What a privilege it is to serve the Body of Christ.  We believe the Church is a creation of the Holy Spirit; it is not a production of the efforts of the flesh.  It is a colony of heaven here on the earth.  We are instructed to conduct ourselves the way Heaven would have us to; both in our speech and conduct because our citizenship is in heaven.

We here at Highest Praise believe it is God’s will that we stand tall in the midst of a world that has fallen. The Apostle Paul in writing to the church at Philippi instructed us to “stand fast in one spirit” (Philippians 1:27). We believe that the posture of the Christian is not one who is slumped over in defeat.  It is time that we square our shoulders in the army of God.

It is time that we be single-minded.
It is time that we have one prayer, one desire, and one determination.  We realize that apart from knowing Christ the unity that Paul is calling for could not be a possibility.  Real unity and joy comes from knowing who Christ is.  As brethren we have been washed in the same blood, birthed from the same womb, filled with the same Spirit, we realize that this world is not our homeAs Pilgrims we know where we are heading.

Paul instructed the Church that we are to “Strive for the faith of the gospel” (Philippians 1:27).  Side by side as we lock shields together we will contend against every enemy that will seek to tear us away from the faith.  It is not just for Christ’s sake or for our sake that we take this stand.  It is in behalf of those who are yet to come and believe.  May all who come behind us find us to be faithful.                                                       ----Pastor Wayne Miller

A little about Highest Praise:

We are a Pentecostal Church on the move for God; a church where our dreams and visions are greater than our memories.  We can not apologize for that!

We invite you to come and visit with us.  If you do not have a church home, our doors are always open to you.  Our desire is to love you and welcome you warmly.

Our pastor, Wayne Miller and his wife Debbie, came to Highest Praise in October of 2011.  They have four daughters, with two living at home.  Pastor Miller is a man who seeks God and His Word, and desires to bring us the meat of the Word each week.  His desire is to see this congregation be all we can become through the blood of Christ, and the Power of the Holy Spirit's Baptism.  He will do his best to help you be all you can be for the Kingdom of God.

He has an "open door policy" and if you would like to talk to him about something you don't understand in the Word of God, he will be honored to meet with you personally.

Thank you for visiting our Internet site. Our Staff and our Members wish to thank you for your interest and would like to invite you to visit us on our web site, and also at The Church!

We hope you will visit us in person real soon.
